What personal data do we hold about you?
We have set out below details of the personal data we may hold about you. Please note that this has been separated into categories depending upon the relationship we have with you.
· Where you are (or have been) our client, we may hold the following personal data about you:
o Full name, email address, postal address (including post code), phone number(s), correspondence between us and you, details of your engagement with any direct marketing emails we send to you and photos of you (to the extent you have consented to any such photos being taken).
o Where you pay for our services directly, rather than your business/employer paying on your behalf, we may also hold your bank account details.
o We may also hold details of your business/employer, your job title, your working hours and work days to ensure we do not put anyone else from your organisation, industry or sector in your peer group.
· Where you have made an enquiry or registered with us in respect of our services, we may hold the following personal data about you:
o Full name, email address, postal address (including post code), phone number(s) and correspondence between us and you.
o We may also hold details of your business/employer, your job title and your working hours and days to ensure we do not put anyone else from your organisation, industry or sector in your peer group.
· Where you engage with us on social media, we may hold your social media handle or name and any message you post to our social media accounts.
It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current so please let us know (by using our email address noted above) if your personal data changes during your relationship with us.
How do we collect your personal data, how is such personal data used and what lawful basis do we rely on for our use of your personal data?

Disclosures of your personal data
When you consent to providing us with your personal data, we will also ask you for your consent to share your personal data with the third parties set out below for the purposes set out in the table above:

· Professional advisers including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers based in the United Kingdom who provide us with consultancy, banking, legal, insurance and accounting services.
· HM Revenue and Customs, Information Commissioner’s Office, regulators and other authorities based in the United Kingdom who require reporting of processing activities in certain circumstances.
· Third parties such as IT service providers, payment platform providers, email platform providers, operators of data storage/management systems and full details of specific third parties can be provided on request (using our email address detailed above).
· Third parties to whom we may choose to sell, transfer or merge parts of our business or our assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. If a change happens to our business, then the new owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this privacy policy.
International transfers
Where we are required to transfer your personal data out of the EEA (for example, if we engage a third party to provide services to us who are based outside of the EEA), we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring at least one of the following safeguards is implemented:

How we will protect your data
We store all information you provide to us either on the secure servers of our customer relationship management applications, cloud based services, or on our local secure networks.
Once we have received your information, we will use our strict procedures and security features to try to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way.
We will collect and store personal data on your device using data caches and browser web storage (including HTML5) and other technology.
Certain services which we may provide to you from time to time include social networking, chat room or forum features. Ensure when using these features that you do not submit any personal data that you do not want to be seen, collected or used by other users.

· Where you are (or have been) our client: we will keep your personal data for the period during which we supply our services to you for a period of up to six (6) years thereafter.
· Where you engage with us on social media: we do not retain (other than within our own social media profile) or export to our system any personal data we obtain from your social media profile for any purpose.
You have the following rights in respect of the personal data we hold about you:

· a right to object to processing on the basis of our legitimate interests that is likely to cause or is causing damage or distress to you;
· a right to object to processing for direct marketing;
